Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the DUOZENT website and platform. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you use DUOZENT on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to accept these Terms for that business.

1. The service

DUOZENT provides software for restaurants and hospitality businesses, including QR ordering, order and kitchen management, billing, reports and marketing tools. Features available to you depend on your plan. We may improve or change features over time.

2. Accounts

• You are responsible for the accuracy of your business information and for all activity under your account.
• Keep login details confidential and create separate logins for each staff member.
• Tell us immediately at anuj@duozent.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Plans, trials and payment

• Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and include GST unless stated otherwise.
• Subscriptions renew for the same period unless cancelled before the renewal date. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law or agreed in writing.
• We will give reasonable advance notice of price changes.

4. Your data and your guests

You own the data you and your guests enter into DUOZENT. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect your guests' data and for the content of messages you send using the platform. We process that data on your behalf as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not use DUOZENT for unlawful purposes, spam, or to send messages to people who have not agreed to receive them.
• Do not attempt to access other businesses' data, disrupt the service, or reverse-engineer it.

6. Availability and support

We work to keep DUOZENT available and secure, but the service is provided "as is" and may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance or reasons outside our control. Support: 24x7 with AI help; our team replies within 24 hours.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, DUOZENT is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. Estimates shown on our website (such as the revenue calculator) are illustrative and not a guarantee of results.

8. Ending the service

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms. After closure you can request an export of your data within 30 days, after which it may be deleted.

9. Governing law and contact
